For a person who values understanding food as a deeply cultural connection, a tour with Authentic Food Quest will be a life enhancing experience. In Sicily we learned why so many edibles can be considered the world’s “best” – with the best of all being our hosts and guides, who truly delivered the best value at every opportunity! – Viktoria, Sicily 2025
The trip to Sicily was fantastic! Rosemary and Claire took care of us from soup to nuts! They met us at the airport, provided a comfortable and convenient B&B, found an incredible and enthusiastic chef who gave us hands-on classes with great food, and scheduled relevant activities so that we learned about not only Sicilian food but Sicilian culture. The fact that we were a small group made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What a great week it was! – Liane, Sicily 2025
My expectations of an intimate and rewarding culinary and cultural experience were met and exceeded. I certainly would recommend this to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in a culture, not only, but partially through the cuisine. – Gracious, Sicily 2025
