  • Bring a kettle of water to boil, about 8 oz to 10 oz, approximately 250 ML
  • Place 1 teaspoon of Peruvian Maca in a cup
  • Top with boiling water and stir until all the Maca powder has dissolved
  • Sip and enjoy while hot

Notes

  • To make a Maca Latte, instead of using water, replace it with your choice of regular milk, or non-dairy milk like almond milk, cashew milk, or coconut milk.
  • Add cinnamon for taste as a healthier option instead of sugar
  • Be sure to read labels and follow the instructions on your package for the correct amount of Maca powder to use for your Maca drink or Maca Latte
  • Maca powder can also be added to smoothies, salads, drinks, cooked foods, and juices.
