I followed it almost exactly ( had to substitute ordinary, all purpose wheat flour for bread flour) and it worked out very well/. If I was to say anything I think next time I’ll season the filling a little more and maybe add a bit of heat but apart from that I loved it. I froze the spare dough and am thawing them out now to try tonight.
