You can use angel cake for added depth, but honestly, It’s not necessary. Don’t worry the cake mix will not spill over. Do let us know how it turns out. Cheers

Sounds delicious, but a quick question? Can I use an angel food cake pan for added depth so cake won’t overflow in oven? I make pan release that works very well, but am worried that parchment paper will shift.
