I in Oaxaca in April and visited a new little chocolate shop that should definitely be on your list! Called Chocolatl, it’s located downtown on Calle 5 de Mayo, right near the Iglesia Santo Domingo. All handmade chocolate from local Oaxacan ingredients, and they do tours too!
