Thanks for your question. This recipe is only focused on making the phyllo dough and not how to roll it out. There are various ways of rolling it and layering it – from using a pasta machine to a rolling pin. Depending on how you are using the phyllo dough, how you roll it out may differ. Those are other recipes 🙂 If you want to make phyllo dough at home, this is the recipe for you.
