We agree, the best food is from the North, but we’ve also had some amazing dishes from Arequipa as well. Great that you have fresh fish and seafood in Pimentel. My wife is from Chiclayo.. I have the pleasure of eating many Peruvian dishes, especially comido Criollio (Creole food). We own a home on a Northern Beach (Pimentel), fresh fish and seafood is the order of the day. Many of these plate her Grandmother passed on to her.
