This seemed like half culinary adventure and half being mad scientists for the day! I have to say, this might be the most unique food experience I’ve ever heard about! But I mean that in a good way. I had never given Chilean food much thought before, to be honest, and now I can’t get it off my mind.

That is just the kind of thing we like to do when we travel. I love Chilean food and his looks really creative and incredible. It’s so awesome that you got to spend a day with the chef and see how things are done there, and then experience the food at the restaurant. I would love to do that!
