Thanks for your message, Jane. If time is the most important criteria, the Lisbon baking class is only 2 hours in length. However, for a traditional Portuguese culinary experience, the Compadre cooking class (#2) covers starters, mains and desserts and is only 3 hours long. All classes are kid-friendly and you’ll be surprised how quickly time flies. Hope this helps, Cheers!!
