Thanks for all the great recipes. I think the peanut sauce is our favorite but the lemongrass sauce is a close second.

It’s really helpful to have all of these delicious sauces explained in one place. My favorite sauce when I’m at a restaurant is nuoc cham. Now I’m glad I can make it at home too!
