I am a bit of a prude against ‘celebrity chef’ named places. On my list which you do not have – best kept secret old school yet affordable supper club style (and NOT a la carte) – including tableside made salad, sorbet to cleanse your palate, entree and some chocolate dipped fruits with homemade whipped cream can be found at Hugo’s Cellar at the Four Queens. They also have the longest or nearly longest tenured Sommelier in Vegas who is a charm. Stick to the red meats for the best meal but king crab is excellent also. Lastly, for truly authentic Chinese, find Chengdu Taste in Chinatown. This is as real as it gets. I have been in China 6 times and married to a Chinese woman….this is her favorite restaurant in the US. We try Chinatown eats everywhere we go and this one wins.
